Main activities: Alexandre Both advises private and listed entities in a wide range of business sectors such as banking, insurance, real estate and pharmaceutical. His M&A experience includes private and public transactions, friendly and hostile takeovers, joint ventures and spin-offs. He regularly acts as counsel in the capital markets, advising on IPOs and capital increase. He also provides support with respect to financing transactions, corporate law services and commercial contracts.
