Main activities: Petra Ginter specializes in all aspects of financial market law, in particular banking, securities, insurance and investment fund law, as well as derivative instruments. She advises Swiss and international banks, (re)insurers, broker-dealers, investment funds, their managers and advisors, and asset managers on transactional, regulatory and compliance matters. Furthermore, Petra Ginter focuses on capital market transactions as well as innovative hybrid financings and on public mergers & acquisitions. Other areas of competence include insolvency law, corporate finance and corporate law.
