Main activities: Andrea Huber's practice focuses on financial markets law, ranging from capital market and M&A transactions to financial services regulation and corporate law matters. She regularly advises companies, banks and investors in all aspects of securities, takeover and banking law and represents clients in proceedings before the SIX Swiss Exchange, the Swiss Takeover Board and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
