Main activities: Mr. Studen advises private clients in the field of international estate planning and cross-border wealth transfer with a special focus on foundation and trust law. Furthermore, Mr. Studen advises both individuals and legal entities in all aspects regarding the establishment and administration of regular and umbrella foundations (Dachstiftungen) as well as fiduciary structures.
