Main activities: Aline Ulmer is a member of the banking and finance team. She has special expertise in the area of pension law and foundations (Stiftungen), with a special focus on investment foundations (Anlagestiftungen), as well on inheritance and estate law, trusts and wealth transfer planning. Ms. Ulmer advises and represents clients in these matters also in proceedings before the competent Swiss regulatory authorities.
Since 2009 – work on Ph.D. thesis at University of Zurich in the area of investment foundations (Anlagestiftungen)
2010 – Admitted to the Bar (Rechtsanwältin)
