Dr. Hermann Walser, Of Counsel

Main activities: Dr. Walser has a vast experience in social security and pension law. He advises pension funds and employers on all aspects of pension law, e.g. establishing, merging, amending and winding up of pension plans, balancing of pension coverage levels, partially liquidating pension plans etc.
Dr. Walser is author of various publications on social security and pension law. He regularly lectures on pension law. Since more than 20 years he is part of the editorial team of the Journal on social security and pension law (Schweizerische Zeitchrift für Sozialversicherung und berufliche Vorsorge).
