As from January 1st, 2023 we will join forces with a highly experienced and renowned team of Geneva-based partners and lawyers, forming one of the largest Swiss law firms. In its new configuration across Zurich and Geneva our firm will comprise 48 partners, around 140 lawyers and 240 employees in total, with a leading market position in all key areas of business law, including corporate/M&A, capital markets, private equity/venture capital, banking and finance, litigation/arbitration, technology and intellectual property, real estate, investigation, tax and private clients.

Corporate/M&A

as from January 1st, 2023 or another date to be agreed upon.

You are a Swiss qualified lawyer (avocate/avocat; Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt), have strong academic credentials and work in English and French or in English and German. Ideally, you already have some experience working in a business law firm and/or in corporate/commercial law, M&A and corporate finance in Switzerland and you also hold a LL.M. or had professional experience abroad. You are able to work both autonomously and as a team member. You are dedicated and client-oriented with strong analytic skills and motivated to handle challenging and demanding matters.
