Experience
Dr. Frick counsels Swiss and international banks and other enterprises in particular in the finance industry on various legal and regulatory issues. He advises on FinTech projects and is the editor of the FinTech Law Review. He advises, publishes and lectures also on sanctions and on competition law. Since 2001 he has been a board member of various banks. He has lectured in Banking and Finance in Zurich’s LL.M. Program at the University of Zurich since 1996.
