Caroline Steiner is part of NKF’s Transaction team. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich. She also completed the LL.M. in Forensics, Criminology and Law at Maastricht University. During her studies, she gained practical experience at a corporate law firm in Zurich and at a chair at the University of Zurich. Caroline Steiner is focusing on competition law, IP and corporate/M&A.
