Capvis acquires majority stake in BSI Business Systems Integration AG

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the shareholders of BSI Business Systems Integration AG on the sale of its majority stake to Swiss investment firm Capvis.

BSI was founded in Switzerland in 1996 and currently employs over 320 people at eight sites located in Switzerland and Germany. The company provides scalable and innovative software solutions for customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation while supporting its customers in implementing and using these solutions. The closing is subject to merger control notifications.
