CITTTIC Industries AG acquires AKSA Würenlos AG

Niederer Kraft Frey advised CITTTIC Industries AG on the acquisition of AKSA Würenlos AG. The transaction was completed on 28 June 2019.

AKSA Würenlos AG (AKSA) is one of the proven specialists for power generation, transport cooling systems and the complete service of Commins engines. AKSA plans, supplies and installs network replacement systems, cogeneration units and transport refrigeration machines.
