Kering Eyewear acquires Lindberg

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss counsel to Kering Eyewear on the acquisition of Lindberg.

Lindberg is a high-end Danish eyewear brand with more than 750 employees in more than 100 countries.

Kering Eyewear is part of the Kering Group, a global luxury group which develops an ensemble of luxury houses in fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches. Kering Eyewear offers eyewear for a number of brands such as Gucci, Cartier, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Chloé, Alexander McQueen, Montblanc and Boucheron.
