SPECTYOU AG launches streaming platform

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the start-up SPECTYOU AG on the successful launch of their streaming platform.

SPECTYOU is the first central platform for drama, dance and performance that enables direct and digital access to current full-length plays. This launch not only enabled theatre lovers to continue enjoying plays and performances during Covid-19 times, but also provided a continued platform for artists to showcase their work.

The NKF team led by partner Moritz Maurer, working with counsel Janine Reudt-Demont, advised SPECTYOU on data protection, copyright and contractual matters related to the streaming platform.
