There are several EU Laws and Regulations in the pipeline which will directly impact Swiss companies and require them to implement these new provisions. Further, we shall provide an overview of the GDPR fines imposed in 2022 and 2023 in the EU and also outside of the EU.
We shall look into the following four topics:
