NKF at the AIJA Half-Year May Conference 2019 in Hong Kong

From 22 until 25 May 2019, Niederer Kraft Frey will be present at the Half-Year May Conference 2019 of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) in Hong Kong.

The conference will provide for three distinct seminars: ‘How to raise money from international perspectives’, ‘Tax: a dream, not a nightmare’ and ‘Business and private clients in Asia: challenges and opportunities’.

NKF senior associate Moritz Maurer is part of the conference’s organising committee and will moderate the session “Fundraising in the M&A context: public v private”. Moritz was elected as President of the AIJA Corporate M&A Commission in September 2018.
