NKF at the AIJA M&A Seminar “Cross-border reorganizations – Babel Towers?” in Bucharest, Romania

From 19 until 21 October 2017, Niederer Kraft Frey will be present at the M&A Seminar “Cross-border reorganizations – Babel Towers?” in Bucharest, Romania, which is organized by the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

At the seminar, members of AIJA’s M&A, Tax and Labour Commissions, together with some prominent external speakers, will discuss current topics within the field of cross-border M&A. The seminar is intended for lawyers (both in-house counsel and private practitioners) dealing with cross-border M&A and aims to combine legal expertise with best-practice insights.

In the course of the seminar, NKF senior associate Moritz Maurer will moderate the session “Cross-border mergers and reorganizations outside the EU”. He is further a member of the seminar’s organizing committee.
