NKF initiates M&A D-A-CH Conference

NKF Senior Associate Moritz Maurer (in cooperation with Rainer Kaspar (PHH Attorneys at Law) and Felix Dette (METIS Attorneys at Law)) organises the first M&A conference for the D-A-CH region on 14 November 2019 in Munich.

The conference will focus on the following topics: “The share purchase agreement: developments, current issues and the market standard”, “Legal Tech and M&A: the beginning or the end of the journey” and “Value enhancement in M&A transactions: The lawyer in a new role”, which will be moderated by Moritz Maurer.
