Members of AIJA’s Corporate and M&A Commissions, together with prominent external speakers, will discuss sector specific M&A issues and investigate likely future trends. AIJA’s Private Clients & Litigation Commissions have joined forces to offer an interdisciplinary seminar at the interface of estate planning and estate related litigation, including first experiences and impacts of the EU regulation on successions and wills. The seminar is intended for lawyers, both in-house counsel and private practitioners, as well as business professionals dealing with sector specific M&A and aims to combine legal expertise with best-practice insights.
