NKF lawyers Moritz Maurer and Janine Reudt-Demont take up president roles at AIJA

At the 60th annual congress of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) held last month in Singapore, NKF M&A partner Moritz Maurer has assumed the presidency of AIJA. Prior to this, he held the position of First Vice-President.

Further, NKF counsel Janine Reudt-Demont was elected as President of AIJA’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Commission. Prior to this, she held the position of National Representative for Switzerland.

AIJA is the only global association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under. Since 1962 AIJA provides outstanding international opportunities for young lawyers to network, learn and develop.
AIJA currently has 4,000 members and supporters in 90 different countries, including over 60 collective members and Bar Associations. The AIJA community is very diverse, as members come from law firms of all sizes and cultures.
