Prof. Dr. iur. Peter Forstmoser is the new permanent guest professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lucerne

The Senate of the University of Lucerne has appointed Prof. Dr. iur. Peter Forstmoser as new permanent guest professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lucerne. Peter Forstmoser has been associated with the Faculty of Law of the University of Lucerne for several years as both lecturer for corporate law and president of the executive committee of the Institute of Corporate Law IFU / BLI.
