Léonie advises financial institutions on financial services regulatory, investment funds, asset management and civil law issues and represents institutions in enforcement proceedings vis-à-vis FINMA. She also participates in civil litigation proceedings in the banking sector. Léonie studied at the University of Bern, where she completed her doctorate in financial market and civil law.
