Navori Labs, a portfolio company of Maguar Capital, expands its global footprint and product leadership through the acquisition of Signagelive

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss legal counsel to support Maguar Capital (“Maguar”), the leading German software investor focused on the DACH region, in its acquisition of Signagelive, a UK-based leader in channel-only digital signage CMS software. The acquisition was made through Maguar’s Swiss-based portfolio company Navori Labs.

The NKF team was led by partner Patrik Peyer, working with associates Melchior Ebener and Alexandra Neuenschwander, as well as junior associate Lukas Christen (all Corporate/M&A), and junior associate Caterina Moor (Banking & Regulatory).

Hogan Lovells acted as lead and international legal counsel for Maguar and was led by Munich Corporate & Finance partner Nikolas Zirngibl, and senior associate Dominik Lang, working together with, among others, Julia Dingeldey and Nadja Weber.
