EOS Partners GmbH acquires majority stake in FLEXiCODE GmbH and FLEXiCODE Schweiz AG

Niederer Kraft Frey advised EOS Partners GmbH on the acquisition of the majority stake in FLEXiCODE GmbH and FLEXiCODE Schweiz AG.  

FLEXiCODE is a Germany- and Switzerland-based IT services provider focused on the IFS ecosystem. The company supports its clients with digital transformation through ERP implementation, cloud migration, managed services and complementary proprietary software solutions. With a strong reputation, deep industry know-how and a loyal customer base, FLEXiCODE has established itself as a trusted partner for mid-sized clients within the manufacturing industry.

Both founders, Carolin Scheifl and Lorenz Wiederer, as well as shareholder Raphael Prior, reinvested a significant portion of their proceeds and will continue to lead the company as managing directors. With EOS as partner, FLEXiCODE will accelerate its development through both organic growth initiatives and a targeted buy-and-build strategy. Key priorities include expanding into high-growth areas such as Field Service Management (FSM), scaling recurring revenues via cloud subscriptions and managed services, and strengthening its international presence to further support IFS’s global partner strategy.
