Cornèr Banca SA successfully closes the issuance of CHF 150m senior unsecured bonds

Niederer Kraft Frey has advised the Swiss banking group Cornèr with respect to Cornèr Banca SA’s offering and issuance of a single tranche of senior unsecured bonds.

Cornèr Banca SA successfully closed the issuance of CHF 150 million single tranche senior unsecured bonds with a 4-year maturity and a fixed annual coupon of 1.00 percent with Swiss investors. The bonds are listed on SIX Swiss Exchange and are expected to be included in the domestic segment of the Swiss Bond Index (SBI).

Bank J. Safra Sarasin, UBS Investment Bank and Bank Vontobel AG acted as Joint Lead Managers, with Cornèr Banca SA acting as Co-Manager.
