NKF recognised as top law firm with bronze seal by BEST RECRUITERS 2025/26
Niederer Kraft Frey has been ranked 2nd in the legal services sector in the BEST RECRUITERS STUDY 2025/2026 in recognition of its outstanding recruiting performance. This marks NKF’s sixth consecutive year of achieving a top ranking in employer branding and recruitment.
The rating is based on the largest independent recruitment study in the German-speaking region, evaluating around 450 employers across approximately 30 sectors in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Since 2013, BEST RECRUITERS has evaluated the recruiting quality and efforts of approximately 450 to 550 employers with the highest turnover and employee numbers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The assessment focuses on key dimensions such as career websites, mobile recruiting, social media presence, content and usability of online job advertisements, application processes, and response quality. Awards range from Bronze and Silver to Gold (1st place).
