NKF wins multiple awards at the IFLR Europe Awards 2026
Niederer Kraft Frey has received outstanding recognition at the IFLR Europe Awards 2026, winning three prestigious awards:
- Deal of the Year: High Yield
- Impact Deal of the Year: Restructuring
- Lawyer of the Year: Switzerland – Philippe Weber
NKF was recognised in the “Deal of the Year: High Yield” category for acting as Swiss counsel to Froneri, a leading global ice cream company and joint venture between Nestlé and PAI Partners, on its EUR 4.25 billion debut high-yield financing.
NKF also received the “Impact Deal of the Year: Restructuring” award for advising the Security Agent on the Swiss law aspects of Intrum AB’s EUR 4.5 billion cross-border recapitalisation.
In addition, NKF partner Philippe Weber was named “Lawyer of the Year: Switzerland”, recognising his outstanding contributions to the legal profession and the Swiss market.
The IFLR Europe Awards ceremony was held on 11 June 2026 in London.
These awards further reinforce NKF’s position as one of Switzerland’s leading law firms and highlight the firm’s strength in advising on market-defining cross-border transactions across multiple practice areas.
