Niederer Kraft Frey advised the Sonio group on the acquisition of PCProfi Informatique SA.

PCProfi Informatique SA offers secure cloud solutions, IT maintenance services, and custom software development, serving businesses across Valais and French-speaking Switzerland.

With this acquisition, Sonio is strengthening its presence in French-speaking Switzerland, strategically expanding its managed services capabilities, and solidifying its position as a full-service ICT provider throughout Switzerland.
