JANUS Engineering AG sold to MAIT Group

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the sellers on the sale of JANUS Engineering AG to MAIT Group.

JANUS has been specialising in the intelligent digitalisation of manufacturing processes for almost 30 years. As a long-standing Siemens Digital Industries Software partner, JANUS supports manufacturing companies in designing efficient, integrated and future-proof CAD, CAM and PLM processes, offering services ranging from technical consultancy and process optimisation to the development of proprietary software solutions.

MAIT Group is a leading provider for innovative digital solutions in product lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning and IT services. With a turnover of more than EUR 300 million, over 7’000 customers and over 1’200 employees in more than 13 countries across Europe, MAIT combines deep industry expertise with technologies from leading providers including PTC, Siemens, Abas, Comarch and HPE.
