NJJ Continental S.A., the parent company of Salt Mobile SA, issues CHF 205m Senior Secured Notes due 2031 and EUR 30m tap of Senior Secured Notes due 2030

NJJ Continental S.A., the parent company of Salt Mobile SA, has successfully issued CHF 205 million 2.500% senior secured notes due 2031, guaranteed by NJJ Continental Holding S.A. and Salt Mobile SA. In addition, NJJ Continental S.A. completed a EUR 30 million tap issuance of 4.500% senior secured notes due 2030.

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss counsel to the syndicate of initial purchasers, led by Goldman Sachs International, BNP PARIBAS, BofA Securities Europe SA, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan SE, Société Générale and UBS AG, London Branch.

Additionally, Niederer Kraft Frey advised Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE in its capacity as new facility B4 lender in connection with a new EUR 855 million term loan facility B4 made available to NJJ Continental S.A on all Swiss law aspects.
