PZ Gorwiden Holding acquires majority stake in Pflegezentrum Gorwiden

Niederer Kraft Frey advised PZ Gorwiden Holding AG on the acquisition of the majority stake in Pflegezentrum Gorwiden AG.

Founded in 1948 as a pioneering initiative, Pflegezentrum Gorwiden is a private nursing home in Zurich, Switzerland, offering residential care alongside nursing, medical, therapeutic and palliative services.
