About Arbitration
Arbitration is a fast, flexible alternative to going to court. The parties choose a private
arbitral tribunal, whose decision is binding and enforceable in almost all relevant
jurisdictions.

PROGRAMME
— 5.00 pm Welcome and introduction to International Arbitration
— 5.45 pm Case study including negotiation of the “key procedural document”
— 7.15 pm Feedback round and lessons learnt
— 7.30 pm Apéro
Places are limited to 24 maximum and will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
The workshop will be held in both French and English.
