Invision sells NonStop Gym to PureGym

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Invision on the sale of NonStop Gym to PureGym.

NonStop Gym operates 48 fitness clubs across Switzerland and has more than 100,000 members. The acquisition will bring together NonStop Gym and PureGym’s existing network of 49 clubs in Switzerland, creating a leading value fitness provider with more than 100 locations across the country by the end of 2026.

Following the acquisition, NonStop Gym will benefit from PureGym’s international resources and operational experience. The clubs are expected to adopt the PureGym brand over time.
