Stryker completes acquisition of ZuriMED

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the shareholders of ZuriMED Technologies AG (“ZuriMED“), comprising more than 100 institutional and private investors, surgeons, and scientists, on the sale of ZuriMED to Stryker.

ZuriMED is the developer of the FiberLocker® System, a commercialized technology offering a novel approach to rotator cuff augmentation designed for increased biomechanical strength, addressing a key clinical need in rotator cuff repair. ZuriMED is part of the Swiss health cluster, surrounded by world-leading universities and orthopedic healthcare institutions.
