Associates
To strengthen our team, we are always looking for highly qualified lawyers with excellent academic records and a very good command of English.
You will have passed the bar exam, possibly already have professional experience in a commercial law firm, a company or the public sector, and would like to become a top-notch lawyer. We like to meet independent, team-oriented personalities with a high degree of motivation and client focus.
As an associate, you will be part of a team where you will be mentored by a partner. You will work on some of the most interesting and challenging matters in Switzerland, and be able to learn from the best. Junior Associates
We are always looking for highly qualified and ambitious junior associates. You will have the opportunity to complete your mandatory internship (Substitutenjahr, stage) in preparation for the bar exam in a leading law firm. During your internship, you will be part of a team where you will be mentored by a partner and a senior associate. You will gain a comprehensive insight into the varied and challenging work of a lawyer, take part in our internal training seminars and prepare for the bar exam. We offer lunches, after-work drinks, sports events and social events for you to meet your colleagues and build a remarkable professional and personal network.

Students
We participate in university recruiting events all over Switzerland and organise various events for students in our offices in order to give you a better idea of what it is like to work in a law firm and how you can apply for open positions. Interns
Throughout the year, we offer students the opportunity to deepen and apply their theoretical knowledge in a practice-oriented manner for approximately eight weeks. Our areas of practice primarily include corporate law, transactions (mergers & acquisitions, etc.), capital markets, banking and stock exchange law, financing, intellectual property law, litigation and arbitration, inheritance law, sports and media law. Interns are given the opportunity to conduct independent legal research and to work on our interesting mandates. Interns also have the opportunity to participate in our weekly internal training sessions to further improve their professional skills.

Legal Project Employees

Assistants
We are always looking for assistants with service-oriented and flexible personalities. As an assistant, you will work independently for our partners and attorneys. Depending on the area of expertise of the partner or the team of attorneys, you will perform various tasks such as:
- Preparation and processing of demanding correspondence and extensive legal documents in German, French or English
- Coordination and monitoring of deadlines, deadline extensions, service recording controls, invoicing, control of accounts receivable, payment transactions, submissions to authorities and other administrative work
- Managing and maintaining our diverse international client dossiers
- Assist in the organisation and preparation of internal and external meetings, business lunches, business trips, etc.

Apprentices
As an apprentice, you will receive a varied training with insight into a wide variety of departments. For example: partner and associate secretariats, human resources, marketing, reception, IT and accounting. Of course, experienced vocational trainers will accompany and support you during your apprenticeship.
