Luca Heinrich is part of NKF’s Corporate, Commercial, M&A team and his practice focuses mainly on corporate law, contract law, M&A-transactions, corporate governance and further on data privacy including cybersecurity, TMT in general as well as on administrative and constitutional law. Besides his completed studies in Law and Economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) he gained practical experiences as legal employee and intern at NKF and as intern in another major law firm in Zurich.
