Norina Frey is part of the firm’s Transaction Team focusing mainly on corporate/M&A, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. She studied Law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Besides her studies, Norina gained further practical experiences during an internship at NKF and two other corporate law firms in Zurich.
