Samuel has expertise in domestic and cross-border corporate/M&A and capital markets transactions. Samuel’s M&A practice includes both public tender offers and private transactions for strategic and financial buyers and sellers. He also advises issuers and investment banks in IPOs, rights offerings, convertible bonds, PIPE transactions, block trades and other capital market transactions, and advises listed and private companies on corporate law and governance matters.
