Tristan Bohn advises and represents private clients and families in all aspects of their private, public and business life. His practice focuses in particular on succession planning. He also advises on corporate law matters, with a focus on complex M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital and corporate governance. Before joining NKF as an associate, he worked as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich and as a junior associate at NKF. He holds an MLaw from the University of Zurich and an LL.M. from King’s College London and was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2025.
