NKF recognised as top law firm with gold seal by BEST RECRUITERS 2021/22
Niederer Kraft Frey has been recognised as best law firm in the legal services industry by BEST RECRUITERS in the current 2021/22 edition. The rating is based on the largest independent recruitment study in the German-speaking region, covering around 500 employers from 30 sectors in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
BEST RECRUITERS particularly highlighted NKF’s Talent Relation Management initiatives, such as the option for interested individuals to register in a talent pool via the careers website. This is NKF’s third industry winner award, following two Gold certifications in the 2020/21 and 2013/14 survey years. In addition, NKF received the bronze and silver seal three times respectively.
This award underlines our increased efforts in recent years in the areas of employer branding and talent management and, reflects our commitment to an efficient, innovative and future-oriented recruiting. The Gold Seal continues to be a motivation and incentive for us to remain one of the leading law firms and to be perceived as an attractive employer in the legal industry.
Since 2013, BEST RECRUITERS examines the recruiting quality and efforts of approximately 500 employers with the highest turnover and number of employees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In the study, the subsequent categories have been of particular importance: career website, mobile recruiting, social media, content and usability of online job ads, application process and how companies deal with applicants as well as application response rate. The seals for excellent recruiting quality range from bronze and silver to gold (1st place).
