NKF recognised as top law firm with gold seal by BEST RECRUITERS 2022/23
Niederer Kraft Frey has been recognised as best law firm in the legal services industry by BEST RECRUITERS in the current 2022/23 edition. The rating is based on the largest independent recruitment study in the German-speaking region, covering around 500 employers from 30 sectors in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
This is NKF’s fourth industry winner award, following three Gold certifications in the 2021/22, 2020/21 and 2013/14 survey years. In addition, NKF received the bronze and silver seal three times respectively.

Since 2013, BEST RECRUITERS examines the recruiting quality and efforts of approximately 500 employers with the highest turnover and number of employees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In the study, the subsequent categories have been of particular importance: career website, mobile recruiting, social media, content and usability of online job ads, application process and how companies deal with applicants as well as application response rate. The seals for excellent recruiting quality range from bronze and silver to gold (1st place).
