NKF recognised “Law Firm of the Year” for M&A by Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt
Niederer Kraft Frey has been recognised as “Law Firm of the Year” for its expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions Law by the 11th edition of The Best Lawyers in Switzerland 2021, also published in German business newspaper Handelsblatt.
