NKF wins “Deal of the year: Equity” at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2023

Niederer Kraft Frey has been awarded in the category “Deal of the year: Equity” at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards ceremony in Singapore on 22 March 2023 for acting as Swiss advisor on four inaugural issuances of GDRs under the China-Switzerland Stock Connect programme, taking four Chinese companies (GEM, Gotion High Tech, Keda Industrial and Ningbo Shanshan) public on SIX Swiss Exchange. The NKF team was led by Corporate/Capital Markets partner Philippe Weber, partner Daniel Bono and counsel Franziska Albers-Schönberg (both Capital Markets), working with partners Markus Kronauer (Tax), Bertrand Schott (Financial Regulation) and Lukas Beeler (Dispute Resolution).
