NKF wins the “Debt & equity-linked deal of the year” at the IFLR Europe Awards 2019

Niederer Kraft Frey was awarded with the “Debt & equity-linked deal of the year” title at the IFLR Europe Awards Ceremony in London on 4 April 2019 for its role as Swiss advisor for the joint lead managers in the context of Swiss Re Ltd’s offering of USD 500 million senior exchangeable notes with issuer stock settlement. The Swiss Re notes were issued to a repack vehicle who placed notes in the market. Swiss Re also entered into call options with respect to its shares to achieve a non-dilutive effect for existing shareholders. The NKF team was led by partners Philippe Weber and Marco Häusermann, working with senior associate Giulia Ghezzi.
