Acquisition of MECATIS by CHIRON Group

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to CHIRON Group on the acquisition of all shares in MECATIS SA.

MECATIS SA (now CHIRON Swiss SA), Isérables, is a specialist for small, high-precision machining centers, which are used in the watchmaking, medical, jewellery and micro engineering industry.

The CHIRON Group, headquartered in Tuttlingen, is a global company specializing in CNC vertical milling and mill-turn machining centers, as well as turnkey manufacturing solutions.
