Bellevue Group sells adbodmer AG through a management buy-out

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Bellevue Group on the sale of adbodmer AG by way of management buy-out.

Bellevue is a specialised asset manager listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange with core competencies covering healthcare strategies, alternative investment strategies and selected niche strategies. Established in 1993, Bellevue Group is staffed by 80 professionals and manages, at the end of June 2025, assets of CHF 4.8 billion.

adbodmer was founded in 2001 and acquired by Bellevue Group in 2019. It serves as a direct investment developer, facilitator and advisor, focusing on SMEs in German-speaking Europe (DACH region).
