BMW i Ventures leads Bcomp’s series B investment round

Niederer Kraft Frey advised BMW i Ventures on its series B investment in Bcomp AG.

BMW i Ventures is a Silicon Valley based hybrid venture capital firm that invests in purpose-driven entrepreneurs across hardware, software and sustainability.

Bcomp is a Fribourg based company offering solutions for a cleaner future by applying the latest composites knowledge to natural fibres for automotive, motorsports, marine, lifestyle and sports.

The NKF team was led by M&A partner Till Spillmann, working with associate Katalin Siklosi (M&A) and junior associates Luisa Egli and Carlotta Ulmer (both Corporate/M&A).
