Dating Group acquires Once Dating AG

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to Dating Group on the acquisition of Once Dating AG.

Dating Group enables people around the world to connect and date safely. It has offices in seven countries and a team of more than 500 professionals with more than 73 million users across the entire portfolio. Its brands include Dating.com, DateMyAge, Promise, Tubit, ChinaLove or Dil Mil, each with a unique platform tailored to different communities defined by interest, geography and demographics. Its products are available in almost 100 countries.

Once Dating AG is a dating services company. The company provides users one curated match per day.
