EQT Future and ATHOS, alongside other co-investors, invest in SHL Medical

Niederer Kraft Frey advised EQT Future Fund as Swiss counsel on the acquisition of EQT VIII’s participation in SHL Medical. SHL Medical’s founder, Roger Samuelsson, will remain the majority shareholder.

SHL Medical is a world-leading solutions provider in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced delivery devices such as auto injectors, pen injectors, and innovative specialty delivery systems for large-volume and high viscosity formulations.  

EQT first partnered with SHL Medical in January 2020 through EQT VIII fund. EQT Future and its co-investors will now support SHL Medical in its next phase of growth and in expanding its production footprint to the United States and Europe.
