Group of investors acquires majority stake in Infoniqa SQL AG

Niederer Kraft Frey advised as Swiss counsel Alpha VCX GmbH and AH & Capital Partners GmbH on their acquisition of a majority stake in Infoniqa SQL AG. Alpha VCX GmbH is backed by the two investors Oskar Alexander Zrost and Siegfried Milly. The founding partners of AH & Capital Partners GmbH include the investors Erhard F. Grossnigg, Michael Grabner and Stefan Kalteis.

Infoniqa SQL AG is an IT system integrator for data center solutions and managed services as well as a cloud and information management solution provider. It employs 65 employees and has offices in Baar, Zurich and Bussigny-près-Lausanne.
