KRÜGER GROUP acquires SODANOW (DIANOMI AG)

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to the KRÜGER GROUP on the acquisition of DIANOMI AG.

KRÜGER GROUP is a family-owned company in the food industry. It develops, produces and sells products in ten countries and employs around 5’300 employees at 21 locations. The acquisition of SODANOW complements KRÜGER GROUP’s previous acquisition of Sodapop in Austria.

DIANOMI AG, operating under the brand name SODANOW, offers water carbonators, PET bottles and CO²-cylinders. Since its incorporation in 2020, it has quickly become the second largest vendor of CO²-cylinders in Switzerland.
